Our Return/Exchange Policy

Any returned items must be returned in their original condition with the "garment hang tag" attached withing 30 days of purchase will be refunded at original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method. No refund will be issued after 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.

 

Package your return.

Use the original packaging when possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. When the original packaging can't be used, please use a quality bag or carton. Seal the package with tape. Affix the return label to the outside of your package. Please use clear tape or glue when affixing the label. Please allow 15 days. It takes approximately 15 days for us to receive and process your return. We'll credit or refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping and handling).

 

Quick and Easy Returns and Exchanges

1. On a sheet of paper, please indicate your Customer Number, Name, Address, Home Telephone Number and reason for returning the merchandise and enclose it with the return merchandise. Also, please note whether you would like to simply return the item for credit or if you would rather exchange it for another item.

2. If you wish to exchange or order a new item, please include on a sheet of paper the item description, size, color, & quantity of the item you wish to receive in exchange for the returned item.

Please provide your credit card information to process the order.

If you don't have your invoice, please enclose your name, address and credit card account number(if it was a credit purchase) plus the approximate date of purchase with the item and mail to:
